Rookie Draft:
*. Winner of the Toilet Bowl will receive the #1 pick for the rookie draft.
*. The rest of the league will be a draft order set by Draft Order Program Teams will be rated 2-12 by Draft order program.
*. Draft Order program will be used giving teams a lotto balls, 1-12 by previous seasons finish.
*. There will be 4 rounds and teams can draft up to 4 players. Trades could add more than 4 picks. Teams can pass on drafting a player and do not have to draft. Each team will receive 1 extension to allow for trades. Def/ST can not be drafted
*. Trading will begin 1 week before the draft .
*. Draft will be held online and will be allowed 5 minutes per pick. After 5 minutes the pick will be skipped if no player is selected. Skipped teams may pick a player after their time but can not pick a player for that round when the round is complete.
*. Draft picks for the following season can be traded. Trades can not exceed past 1 year.
*. Veteran players can be traded for draft picks and will carry over their ADP's and be put into ADP order with their new team
*. Owner trades does not change the agreed picks by a leaving owner from the previous year. Trades will be honored.
*. All rookies not selected in the Rookie draft will be part of the regular season draft
*. Rookies drafted do not have to be protected by the drafting team
*. Before Mini Camp. rookies drafted, teams will need to release the same amount of players to get to the 18 player limit.
*. Rookies will be placed on the season draft board in the rounds 15-18 in ADP order. DynastyLeagueFootball.com, ADP and ADP's on July 1 will be used
*. In January the rookies will be placed with the final ADP's in order with the veteran players from CBS for the following years draft.
