Changes made at the Draft

Back up plan for 2011 season: If there is a lockout in 2011, the league will use selected conferences in college football. Pro rosters will be frozen. .
New Rules passed for 2011 season
Added to Injured reserve rule:
Reserve PUP Rule: NFL rule: Reserve PUP players are not eligible to play for the first six weeks of the season. Reserve PUP players do not count against the 53 man roster. They will be listed as injured. Reserve PUP players have a three week window after Week 6 to practice with the team but a roster decision must be made, either to activate to the 53 man roster or IR that player, within that timeframe.
FFL89 Rule: You must activate the player when the player is activated by the NFL team. You must release a player (if needed) to keep your rosters at 18. If the player is placed on IR the league will continue to list the player as injured. The player will not count towards the 18 player limit. Players not on a roster but on the NFL's Reserve PUP can be added to a roster and will follow the Reserve PUP rule. You may waive the player at any time. Note: Active PUP players are in training camp and count against the 80 or 75 man roster. Players activated count towards the 53 man roster. If moved to the Reserve PUP, before the regular season begins, do not count against the 53 man roster and follow the Reserve PUP rule. Teams have 1 week after to make change. If not league will release the player.
Pickups and Waives:
Extend the pickups to week 15 (now week 14) to allow teams to add and drop players before the playoffs begin. All teams are in the playoffs in week 15. The league will lock the site when week15 is over (Monday night game). This will help teams with late injuries and IR players going into the playoffs.

Realign divisions from 3 divisions to 4 and increase league fee by 20.00 per team.

Old Rule:
ROSTER PENALTY's: If a roster is submitted with errors (under/ over the 20 player limit or does not have a starting lineup) you will have a chance to correct the error with the league if it's after the roster deadline (date and time) and provided it's corrected before the 1 hour before the first game of the week. The penalty for an incomplete starting roster error will be 20 points subtracted from your first week's total points. If not corrected 1 hour before the first game of the week you will receive 0 points for that week and can change your roster to correct the errors for the second week and have 20 points subtracted for that week. Rosters that contain less than 20 players will have a chance to add players after the roster deadline, with a 20 point penalty. Rosters over the 20 player limit can be corrected before the 1 hour time limit with no penalty. After the 1 hour the 20 point penalty will be imposed and continue each week until corrected.
