New draft Board. New big screen or projector draft board. No more player stickers to post. FanDraft, original program free(my treat), program updates for following year 14.99 to 17.99 per year(optional). Not at the draft ? You can see the draft from your computer. This is an additional 5.00 for the league(Fandraft web). You can not make your picks if not at the draft, they have to be called in. The best part is you can see when you will be up and players selected before your pick. Awesome program !!!!

To allow pickups between draft and week 1 of the NFL season.

Order would be as if there was a 19th round.

rule now is no pickups until after week 1 is complete.

Add a third rules committee member to help break ties on rulings that arise during the year. If a rc members team is involved he will not vote on the issue. The remaining two will vote and the commish will vote to break the tie. If 2 members are involved then, the 2 will vote and if needed it will put to a league vote to break the tie, Majority of the league vote will decide the issue. The rc members have voted and will not be part of the league vote. A ruling must be complete 24 hours after the issue is brought up. We will try not to have 2 owners from the same team as rc members and commish.
