Reserve PUP Rule: NFL rule: Reserve PUP players are not eligible to play for the first six weeks of the season. Reserve PUP players do not count against the 53 man roster. They will be listed as injured. Reserve PUP players have a three week window after Week 6 to practice with the team but a roster decision must be made, either to activate to the 53 man roster or IR that player, within that timeframe.
FFL89 Rule: You must activate the player when the player is activated by the NFL team. You must release a player (if needed) to keep your rosters at 18. If the player is placed on IR the league will continue to list the player as injured. The player will not count towards the 18 player limit. Players not on a roster but on the NFL's Reserve PUP can be added to a roster and will follow the Reserve PUP rule. You may waive the player at any time. Note: Active PUP players are in training camp and count against the 80 or 75 man roster. Players activated count towards the 53 man roster. If moved to the Reserve PUP, before the regular season begins, do not count against the 53 man roster and follow the Reserve PUP rule.

Texans
Mini Camp Trades: When teams make trades during mini camp, the players traded must be part of the teams protect list. The only time they can be cut is if they are placed on IR or on the PUP list. If traded players are not protected, the league will reinstate those players to the teams rosters. When pickups/waivers start, after week 1 is complete, it will be the teams choice to keep or waive the players.

Lynx
Super Bowl Rosters: Rosters will be sent by email to the Super Bowl Coordinator thru your personal email or CBS sports, then select the coordinators name instead of everyone in the league. Rosters will then be posted after the deadline, as soon as possible, on the Super Bowl site. The coordinator will be in charge of imposing roster penalties.

Texans
Weekly High's: Top weekly high for the year will receive 1 of the 5 weekly high winners. If 2 teams tie, then they will split the 1 winner. They also will have 1/2 a weekly high subtracted from their total. The remaining 4 will be drawn with the yearly weekly high winners having 1 more 1/2 share in the drawing.
Ex. 2009 Lynx and Texans 139pts, 40.00 split. 4 winners remaining.

Texans
Have Ed Stasch be the new Super Bowl coordinator. Has roughly 10 months to help improve on the excellant job he did for SB XX. Will be a new member for 2010 officers, elected the same as the rest of the officers.

Texans
to be added to SB rules: ROSTER PENALTY's: If a roster is submitted with errors (under/ over the 20 player limit or does not have a starting lineup) you will have a chance to correct the error with the league if it's after the roster deadline (date and time) and provided it's corrected before the 1 hour before the first game of the week. The penalty for an incomplete starting roster error will be 20 points subtracted from your first week's total points. If not corrected 1 hour before the first game of the week you will receive 0 points for that week and can change your roster to correct the errors for the second week and have 20 points subtracted for that week. Rosters that contain less than 20 players will have a chance to add players after the roster deadline, with a 20 point penalty. Rosters over the 20 player limit can be corrected before the 1 hour time limit with no penalty. After the 1 hour the 20 point penalty will be imposed and continue each week until corrected.

League
Michael Crabtree will be part of the 2010 draft. Won't happen again.

Strange Brew
IR Roster: Players on IR (frozen rosters) must either be released or put on the active or reserve roster before the season's MINI CAMP begins. Players must be waived from the active or reserve rosters or IR player to get to the 18 player limit. If teams do not release, activate or reserve the IR players, the league will release the IR player/s from the roster the day MINI CAMP begins to get the rosters to 18 players. The starting mini camp roster must always have a starting lineup included. The league will be notified of the moves made by email.

Lynx
change is: last pick-up 1 hour before the playoff week of the 1st game that week.
