PFF - Drafting Corral should be seen as an investment, not a quick fix to a team’s passing offense.

DLF - Post-Draft Summary: Corral ended up going to Carolina, which wasn't a huge surprise. The stunner here is the fact he had to wait until pick #90 in the third round before hearing his name called. Still, this is good spot for Corral to land and he should immediately push Sam Darnold for the starting job. With the coaching staff entering a season on the hot seat, expect the Panthers to simply go with the player who gives them the best chance to win. If it's not Corral by mid-season, there could be some real concern based on what we've seen from Sam Darnold in the past. Corral looks like a second round pick in superflex leagues and a late round pick in conventional formats.
