NFL - Severely undersized, one-year starter with rare playmaking talent that could force general managers to reassess long-held notions about size and style for a franchise quarterback. Murray is like a complex burgundy with notes of Baker Mayfield, Johnny Manziel and Russell Wilson in his play, but like any quarterback, he'll need to prove he can recognize disguised coverages and work on-time from the pocket to go from flash talent to playoff winner. Teams drafting him need to have the right coordinator and must be committed to framing their offense specifically to Murray's strengths and weaknesses, which could require additional roster re-configuration. Murray is an electric talent with a live arm, good mental makeup and the skill-set to produce at a high level in the right offense.

Executive with NFC team -   "He's a special athlete, but it takes more than that. We just don't know with him because he's had one year in the Big 12 with a great system. I like him, but I wouldn't be ready to risk my job for him yet."

Draft Sharks - Murray's rushing ability looks special, and it has the potential to make him a special fantasy QB. Combine that with impressive passing (accuracy and arm strength) and he'll be well worth selecting at least 1.5 to 2 rounds ahead of the rest of this year's QBs in rookie drafts.

CBS - Off-the-charts athleticism make him one of the most explosive players in this draft class. Will draw comparisons to Russell Wilson but is a better athlete. Can play in the pocket and doesn't look to run if first progression isn't there. Shows good accuracy and touch, and can make every throw. His height (he measured 5-foot-10 at the combine) will be the biggest concern for some NFL teams but Murray could still be the first-overall pick, following in the footsteps of former Oklahoma teammate and Hesiman Trophy winner Baker Mayfield.

DLF - There is certainly no lack of buzz around Kyler Murray as he is widely considered the favorite to go number one overall. No matter if he winds up in Arizona with the Cardinals or with a quarterback-needy team like the Washington Redskins or Miami Dolphins, his value should remain as the QB1 in this class for fantasy purposes.
