DLF - The Texans could choose to move up to first overall but may be happy to simply stick at 1.02 and take whichever quarterback falls to them. Stroud put on a show at the Combine, some calling it the best combine performance ever at the position and, by all accounts, is as NFL-ready as a rookie can be. The Texans' situation is not nearly as good as the Colts but it would nearly assure selecting dynasty coaches of the rookie being under center on day one. Stroud has closed the gap to Bryce Young but still remains DLF's rookie QB2.
Microsoft Edge - NFL executive - S2 Cognition Test - Young (98%) and Levis (93%) were able to hold their own - “The benchmark is 80. Eighty and above is good. Stroud was 18. It’s incredibly terrible. He’s going to be off [some team’s] boards. He will not be picked by those teams.”
