Ballot and rules
Some players listed are retired NFL players who did not receive enough FFL votes for the FFL HOF. The players received at least one vote from the previous ballot or have announced their retirement during the year or after seasons end.
HOF rules
1. Players must have been on an NFL team for at least 1 year.
2. Player must officially be retired from the NFL
3. Each owner will get to vote. Players need 70% of the votes cast to be elected. Ballots will be at the banquet for owners who have yet to vote.
4. Players need at least 1 vote to be eligible for the next years voting.
5. Owners can vote for as many players as they choose up to 70% per position of the players listed.
6. You can vote for up to 3 players who are not listed as write in votes. Player must have been on a NFL team and played in 1989 and after.
