LEAGUE VOTING: Each team will have one vote per team on any league ruling. Each owner will have a vote on certain items and are noted in that part of the rules. (i.e. each owner votes on league awards).A simple majority of votes will decide the rule or issue. Simple majority is, the owner votes or owners present at a meeting. No rule changes are allowed once the season begins.
SCHEDULES: Schedules will have each team play their division twice and other division teams once, plus 1 additional non-division game thru week 14(as listed below). Schedule will be set by CBS Sportsline. Schedules will be adjusted by the league. Week 15 will be the Wild Card week, which is the 5th-6th best non-division winners, and the two lower seeds of the division winners. The top 2 division winners get a bye in week 15. Week 16 will be the top 2 division winners against the winners of the week 15 games. Weeks 15-16 teams will be seeded as in the NFL. Week 17 will be the league Championship. The 2 winners will play and the 2 wk 16 losers will play for 3rd place. The bottom 6 teams will play for the Toilet Bowl with the same set up as stated above. TB has only a TB championship game. NO PICKUPS week 16 - 17. After, all teams will be in the Super Bowl.
SCHEDULE: 4 division games (2 each), 9 games vs the league, 1 additional game vs league
(1st vs 1st, 2nd vs 2nd, 3rd vs 3rd) by previous years standings. 2011 - N vs S, E vs W 2012 - N vs E , S vs W, 2013 - N vs W, E vs S. Repeats every 3 years
If an 18 game season is used in the NFL. We will go to a 16 week schedule, with weeks 17, 18 and 19 used for our playoffs. The 2 extra weeks will be scheduled by previous year's standings. They will be 2 extra non division games. North vs South, East vs West, North vs West, South vs East, North vs East and South vs West. (1st vs 1st, 2nd vs 2nd, 3rd vs 3rd) by previous years standings. The 2 extra games plus 1 regular scheduled extra non division games will cover a 16 week schedule for the season. If the NFL goes to a 17 game schedule, the FFL regular season will end with week 15. The extra game scheduled will be based on the power rating standings at the end of the previous year's regular season. Highest power rating will play second; third will play 4, 5 vs. 6, 7 vs. 8, 9 vs. 10, and 11 vs. 12. Schedule can/will be adjusted so teams do not play a 5th divisional game in a year.
PROTECT LIST: Will be provided to the league from the previous year's roster and due on or before the date set by the league. Protected players will come from the roster and IR list. Teams D/ST can be protected, they cannot be split. There is no limit on protections. Up to 5 players will be free then after will be an amount set by the league for each player over 5 ($5.00 per player). At no time can this protect list exceed 18 players. The set lineup on CBS will be used. List will be posted on the next day on CBS. Each owner will set the protect list for their teams. Not the league.
