BERNSTEIN RULE: If a player is drafted/picked up at a position and during the year it's proven to the league that his position has changed, that player will remain at the selected position until he is traded, waived or picked up. Then he will be used at his new position. Any player in question will be ruled on before the draft and then after this rule applies. Players in question on or after the draft will be ruled on by the rules committee.

ROSTERS and LINEUPS: Roster size will be 18 players active. Players will be obtained thru the protect list, draft, pickups and trades. Rosters cannot exceed 18. A starting lineup will be: 1QB, 2RB, 3WR, 1TE, 1PK, 1DEF and 1ST. A defense and special team will count as 1 player on a roster. If you have 2 D/ST on your roster, you can start either one. Rosters are frozen from seasons end until a MINI CAMP in August before the draft. When the camp is over rosters are again frozen until the draft. Lineups must be set by 5 minutes before the game that player is playing. Any later it will not count and the previous week's lineup or players involved will be used. NO EXCUSES! The site will lock you out. Illegal rosters/lineups score zero points. Rosters are frozen at the end of week 15, regular season. After week 15 the site will be changed to: Owners may not do add/drops.  After week 11 the site will be changed to: Trades are not allowed. Owners input rosters/changes on CBSsportsline.

EARLY GAMES: When we have early games, players playing in the early games must be set in your lineup no later than 5 minutes before the start of the early game. The rest of your lineup must be set no later than 5 minutes before the start of the Saturday, Sunday and Mondays games.

POINT PROTEST: They will be called (emailed) to the secretary to correct any errors. If it cannot be resolved it will go to the rules committee. Points will be calculated on Tuesday and sent to the owners. Errors should be called in no later than Thursday. After no changes will be made without league approval.
